At HERLE Shop, we offer worldwide free shipping on all of our orders, no matter the size. There are no taxes placed on any of our orders as well.
We understand that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan, but we ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged for the same items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return items. We will also notify you of the approval, and then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
However, please note that all customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your fund.
